Hi!! I'm relatively new to this.. moved to Alabama from Okla. about a year ago, to accept a new job.. I work in Quality assurance...recently divorced since Jan.2003... no kids, but one dog...I've been living in Alexandria; I'm moving to Talldega in May of '05.

Before you read this. I'm back in Alabama for a while handing some family stuff. OK, now you may read.... ;)

my story... i feel like venting today so, I'll give you the spill. I was born and raised in Alabama. Not sure how much you know about the states but, Alabama is very different from most of the other states ... especially California. But any way.. as a kid i really loved both music and movies. When i was about 10 i use to get all the kids in the naborhood together and direct them in plays. And I'd have my mother film it. haha ... but as i got older i lost touch of acting and directing due to the fact that the school i went to didn't have a drama class. So i sort of forgot about that love. but then my younger brother learned to play guitar on his own. This was around the time i got out of high school. He was 4 years younger. And he taught me bass. So, we started a band. I took a year off of school before getting into my basic's in college. The band thing was going really well. We were playing all over town. And started venturing out of town. We started by playing covers from our favorite bands like Tool, Deftones, Incubus, F11, Stand, Creed , Fuel.... then we began to write our own music. Which till this day is still amazing music to me. but, as faith would have it something entered the band that eventually ended our path. The band broke up and thus our music career. So I was getting my basic's in college and after my basic's i felt lost. Didn't know what i wanted out of life. And i was not going to jump into more college classes not having a clue what to major in. So, i started working for my father who owns a tire shop. And i worked there for the next ten years. My brother started working there too when he got out of high school. But before i started working for my father i had a job at a local grocery store. There i meet a girl named Jennifer. We started dating and dated for 6 years. Then we broke up . And here's a little lesson about the lifestyle in Alabama. People get married young there. like right out of high school and early 20's. And i almost did the same. But, as faith would have it again things didn't work out. Now Jennifer is married and has two kids. And their i was almost 30 years old and lost. No gf, wife, kids , job i liked... completely lost. Then.... my past came back to visit me. They were casting a film called " Talladega Night's" in my state. And like a big huge storm blazing in my long lost passion came back to me. Acting. So i started doing local film's in Alabama and eventually started working in Atlanta Ga, I was still working for my father and driving to Atlanta to work when ever i could. Did that for a year. Things were going really good. And then i had a friend in Atlanta Ga tell me he was moving to California and I should go. So i took a big breath and dropped everything i had and left for Cali. And here I am...

I am a very fun-loving person that enjoys life. I make the best of any given situation. I am confident with myself and do not need someone else to complete me. I would like to find someone to be a friend, companion and at the right time have an intimate relationship. Well, I recently entered an odd place in my life and am looking for someone to share it with I suppose. Friends or or something a little more special. I am blessed w/ energy and do not take it for granted. I exercise almost daily. (NOT your average "sissy") I love tennis, biking, and walking/hiking. I'm just your normal guy. I like to do just about anything and I'm always up for new experiences. I enjoy all kinds of musical genres from Classical to Hard rock and even older country music. I just moved back to Alabama from Houston, I realize that yes nothing is convient here like it is in Houston, but the peace and quiet and not having to sit in traffic for 2 hours just to go 15 miles is worth it.

I'm half mexican and I'm fairly laid back and not the kind who would easily change who he is just to gain acceptance, what you see is what you get pretty much *laughs*. I'm looking for someone who is worth my time and won't do dumb things like lead me on and such and if you think I'm not the one for you, do make it very clear to me please. I enjoy watching movies, playing videogames, reading, hanging out with friends, and taking long walks and do like the sight of nature.

First of all, i must say i try to treat others the way i want to be treated. I'm not looking for anything serious, but if it happens i dont think i would complain.I'm not hard to please, i try to be as compromisingas possble. Lookin for a person to be a friend first everything else tends to fall in place after that. I'M 6'3" tall so short women to be afraid if my height doesnt bother you, yours wont bother me. I enjoy movie or dinner dates,casual walk in the park, love college football, HUGE GATOR FAN, butt mostly i am a home body, i just want to send time with my with my partner. I also enjoy cooking, even though i'm not that good at it. How can you get better if u never try. I'm a fit, atheletic person and i would prefer the same in a woman. I enjoy traveling. it's nice to see what the world has to offer as long as your looking I have someone to soak it all in with!

Let's see, my first attempt at this they said was too short, so I will try again. It's kinda hard to write about yourself. I'm originally from western New York. I love everything about it (except the snow), unfortunately, there aren't a lot of jobs up there so that has brought me to Alabama. I first made a stop on a little island in the middle of the pacific ocean called Johnston Atoll for 4 years working in recreation. Now, I work at a plant that destroys chemical weapons, that is another story all in itself. I am now getting ready to move back to western NY to work at a nuclear plant.

I really like to have fun with whatever I'm going. I've traveled to all sorts of places but am always willing to go to more and learn more about other places. I'm kinda adventurous with things also. One of my dreams is to go skydiving.

Sports have always been a big part of my life. I love to watch them. I used to play a lot, but kinda got away from it.

I also love to cook. I like to try new recipes and food that I've never had before. I watch the food network all the time.
